Colleen the kitchen food preparation worker is a very hard worker when it was really busy she was keeping everything stocked up made time to say good morning and would ask how is everything. The house keepers on 307-309 area was helpful taking time to stop cleaning to give a few extra laundry bags and waste basket bags when requested The Manager could be seen doing checks around the property communicating with other employee of task that needed done could tell he took his job serious to make the place pleasant for those staying there

Clean and Convenient to our homestead on Lakeshore Road, in Cicero NY

After an unpleasant experience at another hotel, we booked with your hotel. On arrival, the desk clerk, Evelyn, was welcoming and efficient. She even noticed that our online booking had secured a king size bed and we had a 3-person party. She called us back to the desk and changed our room, upgrading us to a suite. This experience was very pleasant and we appreciated her kindness.

The room was nice and clean.

Located close to the stadium for the game we were going to see, clean, friendly staff, great water pressure in the shower.
